Tennessee Hills Distillery Brand Redesign

Brand Redesign

Flowdesign was tasked with rebranding the full Tennessee Hills Distillery portfolio, transitioning the company from a house of brands to a branded house architecture. The goal: create a unified, elevated identity that aligns with their expanded distillery presence. From custom bottles and die-cut labels to a refined color system and bespoke typography, every element was crafted to honor the brand’s heritage while projecting its commitment to quality and innovation.

Branded House Architecture

As part of a unified branded house architecture, this comprehensive redesign enhances shelf appeal, strengthens visual consistency, and reinforces the distillery’s master brand. A cohesive look not only improves storytelling and builds consumer confidence, but also supports premium positioning. The refreshed packaging re-engages distributors and retailers, ensuring the brand stands out and thrives in a competitive market.

Distillery Expansion

As part of the brand redesign, Tennessee Hills Distillery has launched a new facility in Bristol, TN.

According to co-owner Stephen Callahan, now fully operational, the site will rank among the largest combined brewery and distillery operations under one roof in the country.

“This facility is built to do it all—it’s a landmark for the region,” said Callahan. “Being next to The Pinnacle, it feels fitting to call this the pinnacle of our journey as business owners and as a brand.”
